Photo Competition…

Images are worth 1,000 words, so they say. Images of monkeys however, are priceless in our opinion.

That’s why we want to see yours. So, be creative and get your ape-on. Send us (via Cornelius’ Twitter Feed or the Streets Facebook Page) your best monkey photo.

If you’ve got a suit, brilliant! If not just pose in a monkey-fashion and send that in. Actually, you can download a Cornelius mask here, and wear that instead.

Every so often, we’ll pick a winner and send a prize (might be a T-Shirt, might be a ticket for a ‘Streets’ event) so get snapping.

Actually, that means a monkey picture isn’t priceless, but it’s worth a half-decent prize anyway.

Oh, and if you follow Cornelius on Twitter (@simianstreets) you’ll maybe spot some ‘photo-missions’ from time to time. Complete the mission, be in with a chance of a spot prize. Easy.

Flash Mob (no prizes for guessing the theme)

On 27th July, we’ll be holding a Flash Mob in Durham. Come along to Millennium Square at 1pm and join in.

No need to bring anything other than a fun attitude and your dancing feet. We’ll have a 10-minute dance and then disperse as quickly as we came.

Kids, tell your parents you want to come. Parents, tell your kids ‘yes’, and then go on and  join in yourself. You only live once! See you on Friday at 1pm.
